Showcasing the Variety of Mahjong Design
Hong Kong’s local cultural elements, including Cantonese slang, music, and movies, have always been a major source of inspiration for Mr. Mahjong’s creations. For this exhibition, he extends his creativity to design distinctive art pieces that highlight both the variety of mahjong designs and the unique character of the participating shops. Each artwork balances contemporary creativity with the traditional aesthetics of classic mahjong design. Revitalized interpretations of the character, bamboo, flower, and dragon sets, along with special designs inspired by Shin Hing Street itself, will be exhibited.
